What types of beds do you offer?
We specialize in a wide range of luxury beds including ottoman beds, divan beds, and statement headboard designs. All our beds are handcrafted in the UK and fully customizable in terms of size, fabric, and style.
How long does delivery take?
Most of our beds and mattresses are made to order and delivered within 7–14 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer custom fabric or colour options?
Yes! We offer over 20 premium fabrics and colours to choose from. Whether you prefer crushed velvet, linen, chenille, or suede, you can select the perfect match for your interior.
Is assembly included with delivery?
Assembly is not included by default, but we do offer a professional assembly service at checkout for an additional fee. Our team will deliver, unpack, and install your bed on-site.
Can I return my bed if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return window on most non-customized items. Please review our Returns Policy for full details, including eligibility and return shipping instructions.
